We’ve certainly seen David’s sin on full display at times, but he was a good man with a good heart. But 2 Samuel 11 and 12 are sobering because they record David’s “catastrophic failure”: adultery and murder.

Thanks to all of you who listen to our weekly ramblings. Due to my voice leaving for vacation early we will not have an episode of Faith Café this week. The next one will likely appear on January 4th or the 11th. Depending on how quickly we recover form the holidays!
Blessings, Chris

I think I have diagnosed the commenting problems. It seems to be isolated to Internet Explorer 6. Which we will likely not fix, due to time and resources. I explain more about the problem here at this page and offer some solutions. If you cannot make comments in Internet Explorer 7 please let me know via the contact form.
Thanks for bearing with us.
To all the listeners out there thanks for all the great feedback we have had thus far! I have heard from a couple of you that you can’t leave a comment. I am working on this. I have narrowed the problem down to being exclusive to Internet Explorer. If you would like a working alternative, for the time being, you can download Firefox for free at this link.
I apologize for the recent technical difficulties with the podcast. We are back to 100% with the entire year’s archive of sermons up and running. We condensed all sermon related resources into each week’s blog post to simplify the weekly updates. In addition to that you can now play each sermon directly from your web browser.
With these changes we have had to change our feed. The old feed will no longer be updated and you will need to update your subscription clients to the new RSS Feed. Alternatively, if you use iTunes you can click on the image below and subscribe to the new sermon podcast directly from itunes.
Thanks again for your patience over the last couple of weeks.
